Classical Hatha Yoga
A yoga practice focusing on alignment, strength, stability and flexibility. In these classes we move through the classical poses, combining the physical asanas (poses) with the breath, forming greater bonds between mind, body and soul.
Iron Yoga, developed by Anthony Carillo, combines Hatha yoga with strength training, using dumbbells to add a little challenge and greater focus to your yoga practice. We move slowly and purposefully through the practices using the breath to engage the muscles fully and completely.
