Yoga for Golf
Yoga to boost your golf: stamina, strength and flexibility for all the key elements of your game.
Service Description
This summer we're offering four extended workshops to anyone interested integrating a yoga practice into their golf game. We'll use breathwork to aid in tempo, physical poses to work on stance for stability and flexibility, mobility in the hips and shoulders for your back- and downswing, and much more. Everything from balance in the feet to grip right to the tips of the fingers will be covered. We're going to address all stages of the game, from how you prepare, to quietening the mind on those key shots, to how you can stretch out at the end. You will receive a take-home sequence to work on for the month too. There are four classes in this year's series; they can each be attended as a one-off or you can attend all four. Each one will address different themes each month, so you can build the skills steadily across the summer. All attendees receive a free pass to one of our regular scheduled classes (worth €15) too as a bonus. If you book all four you will not only benefit from the combined discount but also receive a five-class pass worth €65 to use throughout the summer. No prior experience of yoga is required and all equipment and props are provided. Light refreshments included. (2-4:30pm, Saturdays, 16 May, 20 June, 25 July & 22 Aug).
